How do I purchase cards for specific events? - As events drop throughout the year, event cards will be purchasable through our site specifically as Ambassador Packs. They will remain Limited Edition. There will be a set amount of packs for each event and it will be on a first-come first-serve basis. We will announce drop time and dates for events well in advance!
Can I get a custom card for…....? - Unfortunately, we are not doing custom cards right now. There may be opportunities in the future for this but not at this moment in time. The exception to this is any small business or organization. Psyde Quest wants to support small businesses in the scene the best we can!
How do I get my show on the event card list? - There is a poll on the featured tab of our facebook group. Go cast your votes! 2025 events will be popular vote. The first half of 2025 is open with the second half of 2025 poll opening later this year.
My event isn’t on the list but I really want cards for my show… - We hear you and are doing what we can to make sure everybody gets a chance to spread the love. Our recent addition of Booster Packs should help with this. Fear not! The future is bright for those who wait!
What is your return policy? - At this time we cannot offer any returns. If your cards arrive damaged, or in a condition you were not expecting please reach out and let us know. We care about you and will do what we can to make it right!
What if my ambassador pack doesn't arrive before the event? - Hopefully you never need this information, but if this does happen, please reach out to us ASAP and we will discuss compensation. We understand the importance of receiving them before the event(:

You can also reach out directly to Vinicius Nogueira, aka Vinni, via Facebook messenger. You should be able to find him listed as an Admin on the group page.
